Performing Arts Medicine

Performing Arts Medicine deals with the needs of dancers, musicians, singers, actors, visual artists and others in the creative arts.

Your appointment with one of our sports medicine physicians will involve an assessment of your injury or other peformance related issue, and appropriate investigations or treatment by our team of professionals.

A referral from a physician to this program is preferred but not mandatory.

Dr. Lum and his team have provided care to such productions as Rent, Fame, Fosse, The Lion King, and Cirque du Soleil.

Dr. Lum is a member of the Performing Arts Medical Association, an organization of health care practitioners and artistic professionals who are dedicated to furthering the care of performing artists, and the understanding of Performing Arts related health issues.

Athletic Edge will be providing service to the production "A Chorus Line" while they are in Toronto from Wednesday Oct. 29 to Sunday Nov. 30, at The Cannon Theatre.
