Performing Arts Therapy

Performing Arts Therapy: Medical and Injury Prevention Care

If you are concerned about preventing and/or treating injuries that are common among or specific to performing artists, you have come to the right place.

At AESM, we specialize in performing arts medicine every bit as much as we specialize in sports medicine. We treat the unique needs of dancers, acrobats, gymnasts every day and we are here for you, too.

We understand that, as a performer, your passions play out on the stage. When you suffer an injury, you need an experienced physician, specialized in performing arts medicine, to help get you back under the spotlight. For this reason, we will offer our performing arts therapy services with or without a referral.

Once you book your appointment with an AESM sports medicine physician, we will offer an assessment of your injury or other performance-related issues. At AESM we do not believe in cookie cutter approaches or offering treatments that do not help you achieve your specific performance goals. We will customize a treatment program that will help you get back on stage quickly and safely.
