Fast-Track Program

Acute injuries should be dealt with right away.

Your physician can refer you to this program, and you’ll have a consultation with our sports medicine physician within 24 hours, if possible.  Please have your physician fax us a referral with “Fast-Track” written on it, or they can download our referral form from our website and tick the “Fast-Track” box.
