Dr. Kate Hays - Sport Psychologist

Dr. Kate Hays practises clinical psychology and sport psychology in Toronto as a Sport Psychologist with Athletic Edge Sports Medicine. She was a member of and trainer for the New York City Marathon Psych Team (1986 – 2000), as well as a member of the Boston Marathon Sweep Team. A frequent lecturer throughout North America, Dr. Hays combines her expertise in sport psychology and psychotherapy. As an avid runner for more than 25 years, Dr. Hays is an expert in mental skills training and sport psychology with runners.
