Fast-Track Program

Our Fast Track program is for injuries less than 2 weeks old.

When you request a Fast-Track appoinment, your patient will be seen by a sports medicine physician within 24 hours, when possible.

To request a Fast-Track appointment, please fax us a referral with “Fast-Track” written on it, or you can download our referral form, fill and print it, tick the “Fast-Track” box, and fax it to us at 416-800-0802.
