Primary Care Sport Medicine Physician Wanted Part to Full Time – Toronto

We are currently seeking a primary care sport medicine physician to join our group of 3 sport medicine doctors and 1 orthopaedic surgeon. You hold the Diploma in Sport Medicine, or will be challenging the exam in future.

We offer excellent remuneration, and a collegial environment with good long term growth potential. Your practice will include a significant consultation component, with referrals from community family physicians.

You have an interest in academic sport medicine, as the position may entail, if desired, some family medicine resident teaching, and may lead to application for Lecturer status at the University of Toronto, in the Faculty of Medicine. There are opportunities for event coverage and team physician work. You may also have an interest in performing arts medicine.

You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of over 25, with full admin support, EMR and a beautiful 11th floor view of the financial district of downtown Toronto from your office.

The position is open for the right physician to begin immediately. My current waiting list for new patients is approximately 6 weeks.
