Nish Saxena, MSc, RD
Nish is a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist. She holds a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of Toronto.
Her work includes counseling athletes on the content and timing of meals and fluids to ensure maximal athletic performance and appropriate post-exercise recovery.
She also does work to help patients lose weight, control their diabetes, reduce high blood pressure or lower cholesterol levels. She continues to lecture at the Running Room running clinics as a sports nutritionist, and her lifelong athletic pursuits in dance, weight training and running continue to keep her energized and enthusiastic about the power of food and nutrition.
Sonya Booker, RD
Sonya is a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist.
She counsels patients on controlling medical issues, as well as on enhancing athletic performance through nutrition.
Sonya also offers guided shopping trips at the grocery store, to help you make healthier choices.
